da realsbet: Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair has declared that he is happy to fight for his place in the first-team despite “intense” competition.
da mrbet: The winger joined the Premier League champions from Swansea during the summer and has so far struggled to hold down a starting berth in Roberto Mancini’s team.
He has taken to the field against the likes of Arsenal, Aston Villa and Stoke, but has often been pushed aside in favour of the club’s high-profile attacking players.
However, Sinclair insisted that he does not regret his decision to join City and is willing to fight for playing time.
“I don’t know how often I’ll play because competition for places is intense.” He is quoted by SkySports.
“I made my debut against Stoke and then played against Arsenal and Aston Villa. All I can do now is concentrate on the next game and give 100 per cent.
“I’m just looking forward to playing in any games. All I can do is try to make an impact when the opportunity arises.”
The winger also believes that he will improve as a player with the Citizens, even if he is not a first-team regular:
“I’ll aim to improve off all the world-class players here. Everyone will be rotated, so it’s down to the manager’s choice.
“I’ll just work hard and try and get the nod again.”
